Woods Overlay
The prefix on an overlay that drops woods onto a board. What it lays down is ordinary woods: dark green with black tree symbols, a one level LOS obstacle stacked on top of whatever the hex already is, so woods on a level one hill blocks as though it were level two. Pine woods and Forest are the exceptions, and both need a special rule.
