Slow Turret Traverse (D1.32)
A Main Armament type standing in for a two-man turret crew or a heavy, hand-cranked turret. You can spot it by the large thin white square on the counter, and the German Panther is the stock example. A related type, RST, goes further: those tanks can’t use the MA or CMG while the commander is Crew Exposed.
