Shore Fire-Control Party (G14.61)
The only onboard Observer a Naval OBA battery may use. A SFCP works solely with a U.S. or British NOBA battery and is always represented by a Chinese, Italian or Axis Minor 2-2-7 infantry-crew counter, owner’s choice. It counts as the same nationality as its battery and otherwise has normal crew and Observer qualities.
