SNIPER ACTIVATION NUMBER (A14.1)
A number that represents the abstraction of snipers within the game. If the SAN is rolled there’s a possibility of a random event caused by sniper activity. Snipers are a breed apart from the average soldier. Stealth and patience are every bit as important as marksmanship. They work alone, often in no man’s land or even behind enemy lines, and are subject to only one order: survival.
