The prefix on a rice paddy overlay. A paddy has two parts and the difference decides everything: the brownish-green interior, where units are said to be IN it, and the narrow Open Ground banks along the hexsides, where units are ON it. Whether a paddy’s In-Season, Drained or Irrigated is rolled for if the scenario doesn’t say.
