Rarity Factor (H1.3)
A Design Your Own rating for how hard a Gun was to come by. Buying 5/8 inch Guns starts with an Availability DR, and the Rarity Factor it returns is the rarest Gun you’re allowed to purchase. Anything with a higher current RF is off the table; anything at or below it can be bought, crew included.
