Regimental Combat Team (T CG2.1)
An infantry regiment reinforced with artillery, engineers, tanks and whatever else an invasion beach demands, combined into one self-contained force. The Marines built them because a regiment assigned to a specific beach has to fight alone once it’s ashore. Each of its battalions is then reinforced the same way and becomes a BLT with its own slice of the beach.
