OCEAN Overlay (G13.1)
The prefix on an OCEAN overlay, the way Be marks a Beach overlay. Its hexes are Ocean, Lake or River, depending on what the scenario says they represent. Beach and OCEAN overlays don’t use the usual hex numbering either; they carry a grid-coordinate system of their own, which is what lets them sit anywhere along a shoreline.
