Island Command (T20)
One of the seven Areas the Japanese defense of Betio is divided into, with Red One, Red Two, Red Three, Green, Black One and Black Two. Every Gun, pillbox and fortification bought with GPP, CAPP or FPP gets written onto the Beach Defense Record against an Area, so IC is how you record which sector a purchase defends.
