Hill Overlay (B10.1)
The prefix on an overlay that lays a hill onto a board. What it drops is ordinary hill terrain, and everything on top of it rises with it: a one level obstacle sitting on a level 1 hill hex blocks as though it were at level 2 to anyone standing on the ground. That stacking of heights is the whole reason hills matter.
