The standard shell, and the one that hurts infantry. A Gun or OBA firing HE uses the highest IFT column whose Minimum Gun Caliber Size is at or under the firing weapon’s caliber, so a 105mm gun fires on the 20 FP column and a 90mm on the 16. Anything of 250mm or more goes on the 36 column with a bonus DRM.
