GUN DUELS (C2.2401)
A Gun Duel represents a simultaneous exchange of fire between two opposing ordnance units during the same phase, where the unit with the lower Gun Duel DRM gains the advantage of firing first, potentially affecting or neutralizing the opponent before it can return fire.
