A fully armored AFV with top enclosing armor to protect its crew. The opposite of an open topped AFV. An AFV with neither a star AF, nor a white background for its overhead depiction, is a CT AFV. (Example: German PzKpfw IVH tank)

Neal is a longtime gamer with experience in board games, pen-and-paper RPGs, collectible card games, and computer games. He first played Squad Leader in the late 1970s.
