Covered Arc Purchase Points (T15.6142)
The Japanese budget for pillboxes at Tarawa, and the name tells you the price: a pillbox costs CAPP equal to its Covered Arc TEM, so the tougher the box the more you pay. Each one has to set up adjacent to a Beach hex with a Beach hex in its arc, and in a CG’s Initial Scenario every pillbox fills before anyone else sets up.
