Review by: Daniel Windham

The following is a continuation of my reviews of Cold War era Advanced Squad Leader games from Critical Hit. I use secondary resources to justify some of my opinions. This review includes: looking at the capabilities of the ARVN, a look at the scenarios, the sniper counter for the NVA, and a brief introduction into how helicopters work in the world of ASL rules. Critical Hit is known for their interesting map designs, and the video also takes a look at the impressive map that comes with The Fight For Hue.

.END OF BRIEFING.

Neal is a retired engineer/researcher who first played Squad Leader back in the late '70s. While getting re-acquainted with ASL after retiring, he took it as an opportunity to create VASL, Boot Camp, and AAR tutorials to help new and returning players. He lurks in the PWN.
