Can anyone in Vancouer,WA area give in person lesson?

Help! I'm sort of getting it, can't look away from it for whatever reason. My kid, a D&D DM is puzzled by this antique wonder. There is something special about this game, I fell compelled.
Can anyone in or near Vancouver Wa that knows the rules well help me run through a game so I can see how its done?....Please and thank you!

Looking at the ASL players map, it looks like there are a handful of people in the Portland/Vancouver area, and the Wild West Fest is held in Portland.
