VotG4 The Last Fifteen OOB

I do not own the module VotG but like to try and play the scenarios "on the fly" so to speak.
I actually do not OWN any modules. I am purely VASL.
On the fly means I try and decipher the scenario card from internet searches, reading the AAR's, etc.
Is that ok with everybody?
If yes, can anyone please share the exact OOB for both sides and the set up notes?

For the record I have bought sets of scenarios. I bought Best of Friends and Best of Friends 2.
Today I am also in touch with a guy who sends out "Dispatches from the Bunker" and will pay to order his pdf's.
I just don't have any physical counters and the like.

Do you own the rules? (Just asking. I'm not at all ready to go into "real" ASL scenarios.)
