I sent an email to their "problems" email address this week, and got a reply next day.

Ok, so, it only means that they don't want to discuss that topic. Nice to know.

(Allow the use of the license to make an adaptation of the Starter Kits on an online game platform, BoardGameArena)

I would have at least like to receive a "We can't allow such a thing" instead of no response at all.

My problem was handled by one of the ladies in the office, and wasn't a legal question just me begging for a replacement part.
Your question relates to something a lot higher up and probably has to go to Hasbro legal.

MMP probably won't address questions about "licensing" as MMP is licensing it from Hasbro. MMP doesn't own ASL. They pretty much look the other way when it comes to third party products, and I honestly don't think Hasbro has much of a clue (or care) about ASL. But has Prester John said, anything related to ASL licensing has to come from Hasbro.
