Has anybody seen and if so can point me towards a flowchart for HoB?

It is such a fun random event but often my opponent and I get lost in some of the (to us) more vague off shoots.

Like when you get a hero created with a HoB result for an MMC but then ANOTHER HoB result must be crunched.

Or like last night, Leader goes berserk and MMC fails or passes? and also goes berserk. Hero in the hex goes berserk or not? Uggh

This is a flow chart for the results of morale checks and includes the circumstances leading to heat of battle. Then you roll 2D6 on the HoB chart.
There are rules about certain nationality cases where a leader that goes berserk may take anybody stacked with them too.
